A Fairytale on Paper

RL Authors’ Note: We don’t normally go here, but with the influx of people getting personal on their blogs (ohai everyone!), we thought we’d give you a glimpse into our past week’s reality.

Five days spent on the phone with AT&T reporting an internet outage.  Only after being sent another failed modem did they agree to send a technician the next day.  One dug up back yard and eight hours later –  online status resumes.

On the flip side, having a traffic cop project her issues about being just a traffic cop on you via five tickets and a traffic court date pretty much trumps.  So, we’ve had a lot of time to ponder the upcoming designs.  That’s reality.  Now on to the fairytale..

Once upon a time, there were a sisters Lu whose whimsical wears spread far beyond the reaches of the Kingdom of Tableau as heralded by two scribes, Dahlia and Nicolas, and their talented peers.

With a bird-like muse, the Lu’s fashion took flight and the word spread like wings to reach the masses who took no haste storming the kingdom steps for a mere glimpse.   Lindens of praise were doled upon the sisters in an exchange for the garments and magically, commoners looked as though kings or queens!

The scribes arrived at the steps for a glance, and they too found themselves captive of a magical spell.  Once again they fell in love.  Not with each other this time, rather the decadent dresses and princely suits before them.

Impossibly, upon their return the keeps looked like castles and the forests like fairytales! And before long, the invisble divide between the mode for the regal and the regular faded in to obscurity.  And they all lived fashionably ever after.

The End
